Yoga Classes

Are being held in Staplestown Church Hall on Wednesday 16th & Wednesday 23rd April starting @ 7.30 pm.

Cost: 10 euro per class.

All proceeds going to the TREC Ireland International Senior & Young Rider teams. For further information or to book a class contact Sylvia on 087 9337819.

Please note everyone must bring their own mat.
