We take our security responsibilities seriously, employing the most appropriate physical and technical measures, including volunteer training and awareness, and we review these measures regularly. Data Collection, Processing, Sharing & Retention The primary personal data we collect is your name and email address that you submit on the contact form. Your query is submitted to the secretary of the representative group but may be forwarded to another TREC committee member for a required response.
We will not share your details with any other third party (unless legally obliged to). We will not subscribe you to a mailing list without your consent. Following a response, your query will be deleted as soon as possible, and not exceeding a one- month delay.
You also have the right to request a correction to any inaccurate data we hold about you, block certain uses, have your information deleted, request data portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent or object to the processing of your personal data. Such instructions should be in writing. A request will be dealt with as soon as possible and should not take more than one calendar month to process. Any delays will be communicated to you.
