What is TREC?

TREC is a three phase equestrian discipline that is suitable for all types of horses and riders. It is fun, challenging and above all, a great way to spend time with your horse! It challenges the rider through its map reading and orienteering skills, builds trust with your horse/pony and above all, is a very social sport.
Anybody over the age of 12 can take part in TREC, and no membership is necessary, as you can compete using temporary insurance cover!
Leinster TREC organises events in Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Laois, Tipperary, Westmeath and Wicklow.
